Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Executive 

Number of headcounts: 19

Work setup: Onsite in Jollibee Tower, Ortigas, Pasig City or Exxa Tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City

Work shift: Night shift/ Shifting

Compensation Package: Php 40,000 to Php 55,000. Salary increases should not exceed 30% of the candidate's previous total compensation package.

HC: 19 FTEs for the month of August

Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications:

• Must be at least a high school graduate.

• Conversational Spanish skills required; no advanced certification is necessary.

• Experience as a Bilingual Spanish CSR is preferred but not required.

• Must have at least one (1) year of BPO customer service experience.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City or Ortigas, Pasig City.
