Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support in both Spanish and English through voice channels.

• Assist customers with mortgage products, loan information, account inquiries, payments, and document submissions.

• Guide customers in using online platforms and self-service tools.

• Accurately document customer interactions using CRM systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Deliver high-quality service while complying with company policies and industry regulations.

• Onsite – Bridgetowne, Quezon City

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of BPO experience handling Spanish voice support (required).

• At least a High School/Grade 12 graduate.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.

• Experience in banking, financial services, or mortgage support is an advantage.

• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
