HIRING: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – TRAVEL & HOSPITALITY

Schedule: Graveyard / Shifting Schedule
Salary: Up to ₱40,000
Target Start Date: 3rd Week of September 2026

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a team of Customer Service Representatives by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.

• Monitor and analyze team and individual performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

• Implement effective quality assurance processes and provide feedback to drive operational excellence.

• Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflows and implement new policies and procedures.

• Foster a positive and motivating team environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

• Identify and address operational issues, escalating concerns to senior management when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with client requirements, contractual obligations, and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Contact Center/BPO Operations Supervisory role.

• Strong people-management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

• Proficient in using contact center software and reporting tools.

• Good understanding of contact center metrics and performance management.

• Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance processes in a contact center environment.

• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting/graveyard schedule.

• Travel & Hospitality experience is an advantage.
