Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions and system components.
• Improve system reliability, performance, and availability through automation and best engineering practices.
• Monitor production environments and respond to incidents to ensure service uptime.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver reliable software solutions.
• Analyze complex system issues and implement permanent fixes through root cause analysis.
• Optimize system performance, capacity planning, and application scalability.
• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, monitoring, and incident management.
• Experience with automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with performance tuning, capacity planning, and system optimization.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the Philippines.
