Hiring: Clinical Service Desk Analyst (CSDA)

Location: Cebu City
Work Setup: Onsite
Work Schedule: Flexible / Shifting Schedules (24/7 Operations)
Salary Package: PHP 38,500 – 44,500/month

We are looking for Clinical Service Desk Analysts (CSDA) to provide first-level IT support to clinicians by resolving technical issues affecting patient care. If you have a strong healthcare service desk background and excellent customer service skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to clinical applications

• Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents with accurate documentation

• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams or vendors

• Assist clinicians with application usage and basic troubleshooting

• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

• Collaborate with clinical staff, IT teams, and external vendors

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant Healthcare Service Desk experience

• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical applications, and EHR systems

• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA)

• Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 proficiency)

• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City on a shifting schedule

Preferred Experience:

• IT Service Desk (L1/L2) experience using ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ticketing tools

• Experience supporting healthcare applications and EHR systems

• Basic knowledge of ITIL processes and SLA-driven support environments

• BPO experience is an advantage but not required
