We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) / Custom Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize scalable software solutions while ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SRE practices, cloud technologies, automation, and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.

• Build and maintain highly available, reliable, and scalable systems.

• Implement automation, infrastructure as code, and performance optimization strategies.

• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and improve operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software using agile methodologies.

• Lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and support project delivery.

• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

• Strong knowledge of system architecture, monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with cloud platforms, container orchestration, and infrastructure automation.

• Expertise in performance tuning, capacity planning, and system scalability.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
