Summary

Responsible for designing, building, and securing enterprise systems, applications, data, and infrastructure against cyber threats. The role involves managing a team, ensuring effective security operations, and implementing best practices to protect organizational assets.

Key Responsibilities

  Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SIEM.

  Lead and manage a security team; make team and cross-team decisions.

  Develop and implement security measures and controls.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor security systems for vulnerabilities or breaches.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct security assessments and audits; recommend improvements.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with other teams to resolve security-related issues.

  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 
  

  5+ years of hands-on experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years of team leadership or management experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and incident response.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with security controls, threat intelligence, and compliance.

  
  


• 
  

  Must be currently in the Philippines and legally eligible to work.
