Job Title: SharePoint Application Engineer (SharePoint AE)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Application Engineer to design, develop, and support SharePoint Online solutions that enhance collaboration, document management, and business process automation. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly SharePoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and permissions

• Develop SharePoint solutions using SPFx, Power Apps, and Power Automate

• Customize SharePoint pages, workflows, and web parts

• Implement governance, compliance, retention, and security standards

• Manage document lifecycle, metadata, and version control

• Build and automate workflows using Microsoft 365 tools

• Support SharePoint portals, Microsoft Teams integrations, and collaboration tools

• Assist with UAT, deployments, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support

• Gather business requirements and provide user support and training materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 5–10 years of SharePoint Administration/Engineering experience

• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Hub model, security groups, permissions, templates, and site provisioning

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate

• Understanding of governance, compliance, and information security principles

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively

• Stable employment history preferred (non-job hopper)
