Role Overview: The SAP Manufacturing Operations Lead will drive process excellence and transformation within SAP Manufacturing modules (PP, PP-PI, QM). As part of the SAP Center of Excellence, this role ensures end-to-end process optimization, harmonization, and alignment of business goals with SAP capabilities.

Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP Manufacturing Operations design, support, and optimization (PP, PP-PI, QM). Identify and implement process improvements across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance. Collaborate with global stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business objectives. Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementations and enhancements. Provide functional expertise, documentation, and user support.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field. 8–10 years in SAP Manufacturing (PP, PP-PI, QM) projects—international exposure preferred. Proficient in ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with process modeling/testing tools (Signavio, Tricentis) is a plus. Willing to work hybrid in Taguig (2–3 days onsite).
