We are hiring ServiceNow Developers with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. If you have experience working with ServiceNow modules and enjoy building scalable enterprise applications, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications.

• Customize and support ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.

• Perform impact analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and platform upgrades.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

• Develop high-quality application code and participate in sprint activities.

• Implement solutions following ITIL and software engineering best practices.

• Identify issues, recommend solutions, and maintain project documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.

• Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM.

• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certification.

• ITIL knowledge or certification.

• Experience with automation or GenAI is an advantage.

• Strong systems engineering or software development background.

• Must currently be residing in the Philippines with the legal right to live and work in the country.

• Current or former Accenture employees are not eligible for this role.
