What You’ll Do

* Lead end-to-end service delivery for key financial services accounts
* Drive SLA, KPI, and operational governance performance across delivery teams
* Build strong relationships with clients and business stakeholders
* Manage incident, change, and continual service improvement initiatives
* Lead service reviews, reporting, and performance governance meetings
* Collaborate with operations and senior leadership to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes
* Ensure financial performance and delivery quality across assigned engagements

What We’re Looking For

* 3+ years of experience as an Operations Manager in Financial Services BPO back-office operations
* Strong experience with SLA/KPI management, account performance, and operational governance
* Proven client-facing and stakeholder management experience
* Strong people leadership, accountability, and process improvement mindset
* College graduate
* Stable employment history preferred
* Must not be a current or former CGI employee
