We’re looking for a Senior Staff Accountant – Supervisor with strong accounting fundamentals, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience managing large data sets. What You’ll Handle

• Prepare and post accurate journal entries

• Manage General Ledger, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and P&L

• Perform account and bank reconciliations, including multi-currency

• Handle accruals, invoices, and contra-asset accounts

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing

• Analyze financial results, variances, and large data sets

• Prepare financial reports and audit documentation

• Work with ERP systems such as SAP

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting — mandatory

• At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience

• CPA preferred; Non-CPA candidates are welcome

• Strong accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience

• Proven experience handling large data sets and data manipulation

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Pivot Tables

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Experience with ERP/accounting systems
