About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Accountant – Supervisor to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for accounting professionals with strong General Accounting experience, excellent ERP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. You will be responsible for financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end close activities, audit support, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and in compliance with company policies.

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

• Handle large datasets and perform financial data analysis.

• Prepare financial statements and other management reports.

• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.

• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (Non-negotiable).

• CPA is preferred, but strong non-CPA candidates are welcome.

• At least 4 years of General Accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • General Ledger Management

  • Journal Entries

  • Trial Balance

  • Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss

  • Account Reconciliation

  • Financial Reporting

  • Accruals

  • Invoice Preparation

  • Financial Analysis

  • Month-End, Quarter-End & Year-End Closing

  • Bank Reconciliation (Multi-currency experience is an advantage)

  • Contra Asset Accounts

  • Zero Bank Balance

• Experience using ERP systems (SAP or similar).

• Strong data manipulation skills with large datasets (Non-negotiable).

• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables (Non-negotiable).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Willing to complete 2–3 months of onsite training before transitioning to a hybrid work setup.

• Willing to work night shift.
