SENIOR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE MANAGER - WFM

Salary*: ₱110,000 - ₱180,000 Package

About the Role

Experienced specialist in Business Intelligence and Workforce Management. You will be a driving force behind the development of new solutions for programs, complex projects, processes, and activities. You will serve as the decision maker in the area, and coach, mentor, and train others on your area of expertise.

This role ensures the implementation of short to medium term activities within the business area and supports the department’s strategy. You will ensure appropriate policies, processes and standards are developed and implemented. You will also lead a team of Specialists with full employee lifecycle responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and drive BI/WFM solutions, projects, and process improvements

- Develop and implement policies, processes, and standards for short to medium term tactical direction

- Coach, mentor, and train team members on BI tools, methodologies, and best practices

- Serve as the final decision maker and subject matter expert for BI/WFM

- Manage a team of Specialists with full employee lifecycle accountability

- Partner with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and business solutions

Non-Negotiable Requirements

- Knowledge in using OpenAI Codex or Claude Co-work/Code, or any AI initiative

- Knowledge in tech stack and programming languages

- At least 1-2 years of experience in a managerial role in Business Intelligence
