Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and post accurate journal entries in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis.

• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends, variances, and key insights.

• Handle large datasets and perform data manipulation for financial reporting and analysis.

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and other accounting deliverables.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

• Manage General Ledger (GL), Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss (P&L), accruals, and contra asset accounts.

• Perform bank reconciliations, including multi-currency accounts where applicable.

• Prepare invoices and support financial analysis activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support internal and external audits.

• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting function.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Mandatory).

• CPA is preferred; strong non-CPA candidates will also be considered.

• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Journal Entries, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, P&L, Accruals, and Financial Reporting.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar.

• Strong data manipulation skills with large datasets (Mandatory).

• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables (Mandatory).

• Experience with bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, financial analysis, and monthly/quarterly/year-end close.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Important Notes

• Former Teleperformance employees are not eligible for rehire, either directly or through third-party agencies.

• Training will be fully onsite for 2–3 months, followed by a hybrid work arrangement.

• Night Shift role.
