• Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer

• Location: Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines

• Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

• Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Salary: Up to PHP 90,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

• Build complex workflows, business rules, catalog items, forms, client scripts, UI policies, and automation.

• Develop and support ServiceNow AppEngine applications and platform enhancements.

• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and third-party applications.

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex ServiceNow issues and implement permanent solutions.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Project Managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.

• Support production deployments, release management, testing, and platform upgrades.

• Maintain technical documentation including Solution Design Documents (SDD), High-Level Solution Design (HLSD), deployment guides, and technical specifications.

• Ensure platform security, governance, compliance, and ITIL best practices.

• Drive continuous improvements, automation initiatives, and platform optimization.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow AppEngine.
