Work set up: 100% Onsite at Cebu City

Work shift:  Philippines Business hours (Earliest 9am-6pm), Weekends off                

Salary: up to 34K package 

Start date: ASAP

Qualifications: 

•  Must be a College graduate

• Should have at least 4–6 years of total professional experience, including 2–3 years  specializing in high-volume sourcing and corporate recruitment, or possessing relevant equivalent experience    

• Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills(both written and oral)

• Must possess good understanding of sourcing systems and procedures.

• Understanding local labor laws and statutory requirements.

• Must be both ‘people-and-results oriented’ with high sense of urgency.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with multicultural environment and teams.

• Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units. 

• Knowledge of PC technology, applications and on-line tools                            

• Open for local or Filipino applicants only
