Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in Fullstack Web Development to join our dynamic team. This role will involve hands-on development and the maintenance of complex web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working in .NET C#, SQL Server, React.js, and possess a deep understanding of secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Development:

    Full Project Lifecycle: Drive all stages of the web application development lifecycle from conception to release.

    Application Enhancement: Develop and deploy new applications or enhance existing ones to meet evolving business needs.

    Multitask in Fast-Paced Environment: Manage multiple projects with competing timelines, delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, agile setting.

    Testing & Security: Conduct rigorous unit testing and implement best security practices to ensure the stability and security of all applications.

    Documentation: Create detailed documentation for complex development and enhancements, ensuring clear communication for future reference.

    Standards Compliance: Follow organizational SDLC and CMMI Standards for consistent and effective development practices.

Application Support:

    Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve application issues reported by project managers and stakeholders.

    Preventative Actions: Identify root causes of recurring issues, implement fixes, and establish preventive measures to minimize future occurrences.

    Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving the application’s reliability and performance, aligning with industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum 5 years in Fullstack Web Development, with at least 3 years in .NET C#, SQL Server, and .NET API development.

    React.js Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience in React.js; familiarity with Angular is a plus.

    Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

    Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth technical and functional analysis to resolve issues efficiently and ensure business continuity.

    Onsite Requirement: Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang at least 3x a week on a mid-shift schedule.

    ReactJS (required) or Angular

    JavaScript / jQuery, HTML5, SASS/CSS (Bootstrap 5)

Backend:
