Role Overview

We are hiring an IT Foundation & Operations (ITOF) Portfolio Analyst to support portfolio governance and performance management across IT Operations and Foundation teams. This role focuses on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) development, aligning portfolio activities with strategic objectives, and driving transparency through standardized reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps; manage Azure DevOps stories aligned to features and communicate new capabilities/process updates to increase enterprise adoption
  
• Implement tools and processes to build a robust platform for use by all IT customer teams, and guide development and documentation of organizational standards
  
• Act as a consensus builder, aligning systems engineering strategy and design with architectural guidelines, application strategy, and business goals
  
• Manage the CI/CD lifecycle and create/update test automation frameworks for key HRSD processes and APIs interfacing with the ServiceNow platform
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow and HRSD processes; background in other ServiceNow modules (CMDB, ITSM) is an advantage
  
• Experience with Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), Catalog Development/Deployment (end-to-end), API testing, deployment, and integration
  
• Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps experience
  
• Experience coordinating across multiple product teams
  
• Strong communication skills across multiple end users and stakeholders; team player
  
• Stable work history (no frequent job-hopping)
  
• Willing to work hybrid in Quezon City on a night shift schedule
