Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst (Core CRM) – Application Engineer

Location: Makati City, Philippines

Job Description:
We are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM to support and enhance CRM solutions. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring Dynamics 365 components, optimizing CRM processes, supporting Power Automate workflows, conducting functional testing and UAT, and providing end-user support. The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• 2–3 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, or related CRM modules.

• Experience configuring entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and security roles.

• Familiarity with Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps, Agile delivery, integrations, APIs, and data migration is preferred.

• Relevant Dynamics 365 project experience must be clearly highlighted in the candidate's CV.

• Candidates must be amenable to a night shift starting at 10:00 PM PHT.

• Work setup is currently TBD – onsite/hybrid in Makati.
