Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Front-End / UI Developer with strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern front-end technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, accessible, and high-performing customer-facing web experiences.

The candidate will work closely with product owners, technical leads, developers, QA, UX/design, DevOps, security, and business teams to deliver high-quality AEM components and front-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable web interfaces for AEM-based websites and applications.

• Convert UI/UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into functional user interfaces.

• Develop and maintain reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and front-end libraries.

• Build front-end solutions using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js.

• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, backend services, and AEM content structures.

• Support enhancements, defects, releases, migration activities, stabilization, and production support.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end, AEM, browser compatibility, and performance issues.

• Participate in code reviews and follow front-end development and AEM best practices.

• Collaborate with distributed product, QA, backend, DevOps, security, and vendor teams.

• Identify opportunities to improve component reuse, performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• Support technical debt reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Senior-level experience in Front-End / UI Web Development.

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

• Experience with AEM Sites, components, templates, dialogs, content structures, and author/publish workflows.

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with responsive web development.

• Practical experience with Vue.js.

• Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services.

• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.

• Knowledge of UI/UX implementation principles and performance optimization.

• Experience with Git or similar version-control tools.

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
