About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead SAP SD Consultant to support and enhance a global SAP landscape. This is a client-facing functional lead role focused on Order-to-Cash (O2C) support, stabilization, and continuous improvements.

You will take ownership of core SD areas including Order Management, Pricing, Service and Project-based Billing, Logistics Execution, and Credit Management while driving process optimization.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- 10+ years of SAP experience specializing in Sales and Distribution (SD)

- Hands-on experience with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA - Support and Enhancements

- Strong expertise in Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, and Billing

- Solid integration knowledge with SAP FICO, MM, and other modules

- Proven experience in leading and managing a team

- Strong Project Management and cross-team coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as functional lead for SAP SD, ensuring system stability and day-to-day support

- Resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancement requests with client and internal teams

- Troubleshoot complex issues in Sales, Pricing, Billing, Credit, and Logistics Execution

- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives in O2C processes

- Collaborate with FI/CO, MM, PS, and Technical teams for end-to-end solutions

- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities for O2C

- Prepare functional documentation, impact assessments, and test scripts for changes

- Lead and mentor support team members to ensure high-quality delivery

- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication

Other Requirements:

- 10+ years SAP SD with ECC plus WMS interface, Ecommerce, and Retail process experience (new shop / subsidiary setup)

- Experienced in leading workshops and writing functional specifications

- Able to provide workload estimates for new requests and projects

- Can lead workstreams independently in a client-facing support environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Familiar with ITIL processes

- Willing to work hybrid in McKinley, Taguig, mid shift, 1x onsite per week
