About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Senior Consultant to support enterprise SAP environments by delivering functional expertise, driving system improvements, and leading SAP SD initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with deep knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and SAP SD configuration who thrive in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support and resolve complex issues within the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP SD modules and optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, test, and deploy enhancements.
• Participate in solution design reviews and continuous system optimization.
• Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage deployments and provide post-go-live support.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 10–15 years of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA experience with a strong focus on SAP SD.
• Extensive experience in SAP application support, implementation, and maintenance.
• Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration and business process design.
• Hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Knowledge of ABAP Debugging, SAP Security, SAP Integration, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in SAP implementation and support projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage.
