As an S/4HANA Finance Consultant, you will be part of a team of experts responsible for:

• Creating detailed blueprints for S/4HANA development requirements

• Providing business and functional support across SAP modules

• Supporting ECC migration or conversion from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA

• Managing configuration and functions in any of the following areas:

SAP Functional Areas

• General Accounting
• Controlling
• Product Costing
• Asset Accounting & Project Systems
• Financial Supply Chain Management
• Treasury & Banking
• Business Planning & Consolidation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide business and functional support on SAP modules, especially during conversions to SAP S/4HANA
• Assess impacts and gaps between current business processes and SAP S/4HANA equivalents, offering recommendations on delta design
• Deliver technology consulting expertise and develop functional/technical specifications for delta design and conversion tools
• Execute system configuration required for SAP S/4HANA conversion
• Lead testing and defect resolution throughout the conversion process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/College Degree
• 2+ years of experience in SAP ERP as a Finance functional consultant
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report business processes
• Ability to demonstrate integration and dependencies with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO)
• Technology consulting expertise, including leading workshops and training sessions
• Willingness to travel for possible onshore requirements
