We’re hiring an experienced SAP OTC Lead to support and enhance a global SAP landscape for a client in Taguig City. You’ll own day-to-day functional support, drive process improvements, and lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Pricing, Billing, Logistics Execution, and Credit Management.

• Location: Taguig City

• Work setup: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week

• Schedule: EMEA / Mid-shift

• Salary: Up to Php 150,000 per month

• Experience: 8–10 years

• 8+ years in SAP with deep OTC expertise

• Strong experience in ECC and SAP S/4HANA for support and enhancements

• Solid knowledge of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing

• Proven integration with FI/CO, MM and related modules

• Not a present or former CGI employee

• Stable work history

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional lead for the SAP OTC landscape and ensure stability and performance

• Handle incidents, service requests, and enhancements with internal and client teams

• Troubleshoot complex issues across Sales, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution

• Identify and deliver process optimization and automation opportunities

• Partner with FI/CO, MM, PS, and Technical teams for integrated solutions

• Support period-end and quarter-end OTC activities

• Create functional docs, impact assessments, and test scripts for changes and updates

• Mentor support team members and maintain strong client communication

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP experience focused on OTC

• Hands-on ECC and S/4HANA support and enhancements

• Strong integration knowledge with FI/CO, MM

• Client-facing leadership with excellent communication

• Familiarity with ITIL processes

• Willing to work onsite 2–3 days per week in McKinley, Taguig on a mid-shift schedule

• Not a present or former CGI employee
