Job Summary

We are looking for a Safety Specialist – Pharmacovigilance to support end-to-end case processing activities, including intake, data entry, coding, and review of safety cases using industry-standard pharmacovigilance systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, regulatory compliance awareness, and hands-on experience with safety databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial data entry (Book-In) of new safety cases into the BioConnect System

• Prepare and review source documents and enter key data into the Enterprise Imaging Application

• Append follow-up information and additional documents to existing cases as received

• Access and process cases in Argus, including:

  • Data entry and review

  • Medical coding

  • Case quality checks

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal SOPs and global PV regulations

• Maintain case timelines and productivity targets

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth case processing and documentation flow

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Pharmacist (RPh), or Life Sciences Graduate

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical environment

• At least 2 years of hands-on Pharmacovigilance experience

• Experience using Argus and/or BioConnect safety systems

• Strong computer literacy and database management skills

• Willing to work night shift and full on-site in BGC, Taguig

• Available to start immediately

• Stable employment history (no frequent short-term roles)
