Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Healthcare Recruiters to support U.S.-based clients in a fast-paced RPO environment. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals, along with the ability to manage high-volume hiring demands.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S. healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals
Partner with hiring managers, onboarding, and credentialing teams to ensure smooth hiring processes
Ensure all candidates meet U.S. compliance, licensure, and credentialing requirements
Utilize advanced sourcing tools and platforms to identify top talent
Meet recruitment targets and performance metrics in a high-volume environment

1–3 years of U.S. healthcare recruitment experience
Hiring Expertise: Proven experience recruiting for roles such as:
- U.S. Registered Nurses (USRNs)
- U.S. Travel Nurses
- Community Nurses
- Other U.S. healthcare positions
Recruitment Skills: Strong full-cycle recruitment experience
Sourcing Tools: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and healthcare databases
Work Style: Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, high-volume RPO setting
Collaboration: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
