Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Telco Account

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives for our Telco Account. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving concerns efficiently, and contributing to a high-performing customer support team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries related to telecommunications products and services. You will provide accurate information, troubleshoot basic issues, resolve customer concerns, and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding mobile, internet, and telecommunications services.

• Resolve billing concerns, account inquiries, service requests, and technical issues in a timely manner.

• Accurately document customer interactions using the company's CRM system.

• Meet established quality assurance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or service solutions when applicable.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, products, and service offerings.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and data privacy standards.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply where applicable).

• Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not always required, depending on the hiring program.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and onsite or in a hybrid setup as required.

• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
