Job Title: Recruitment Associate

Work setup: Work from home

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Dayshift)

Salary offer: 15K - 17K (Depending on the experience and result during the interviews)

• With 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience


• Preferably with a BPO agent volume hiring or Recruitment firm background


• Good communication and customer service skills


• Tech-savvy and a go-getter


• Amenable to working from home with own working device and equipment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for actively calling and texting candidates and assisting them throughout their recruitment process with our BPO Partners


• Extracting CVs of applicants through our database and conducting CV screening


• Send daily endorsements and follow-ups to the clients


• Sourcing applicants ( only if necessary)


• Close coordination with the team and recruiters for real-time updates


• Attend client and team meetings


• Monitoring and updating candidates' application status
