Qualifications:
•College Graduate
•5 years+ relevant experience for Lead
•Experience in Healthcare
•With Lead profile
•Hands on knowledge of Tosca test software
•Knowledge of one Oracle Fusion area – HCM ( Mandatory)
•Finance and Supply Chain
•Nice to have knowledge of OATS (Oracle Applications Testing Suite)
•Strong communication skills
• Not a job hopper
• Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro

Responsibilities:
•Defining end-to-end test strategy (functional, non-functional, regression)
•Test planning and estimation for releases
•Risk-based testing and prioritization
•Defining QA metrics (defect leakage, test coverage, cycle time)
•Establishing QA standards, playbooks, and best practices
•Strategy with organization and client management
