Position: Project Based Agent

Key Qualifications:

• Fresh grads & career shifters are welcome
• No BPO experience required if a college graduate
  
• Open to 2nd-year college graduates with no back subjects
• Preferably with 6 months of BPO experience
  
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Okay for project-based employment for 4 months
• Must be willing to work onsite in Vertis North

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be answering customers' queries via phone, email, or chat
• Identify the client's problem and troubleshoot if necessary to find the solution
• Document each action you take and categorize cases and possible bugs
• Provide general and technical support to customers who use any of our client's paid products
• Escalate complex problems according to defined procedures
  

Salary Package: Up to 23k package + 25k completion bonus
