Hiring – Marketing Operations Manager

Location: McKinley
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days Onsite + 2 days WFH
Salary: ₱120,000–₱130,000

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to support Philippines Growth Marketing initiatives. The role will focus on marketing automation, campaign operations, data management, lead lifecycle workflows, demand generation, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, execute, and optimize automated campaigns across email, paid, social, and ABM channels.

• Manage segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing journeys using Marketo or similar MAP tools.

• Handle campaign tracking, QA, deployment, and reporting.

• Manage marketing technology platforms including Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.

• Maintain data quality, lead routing, deduplication, enrichment, and governance.

• Build dashboards and reports covering funnel metrics, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.

• Support ABM campaigns using platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus.

• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.

• Create SOPs, documentation, and training materials.

• Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and Product Marketing teams.

Required Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations/Growth Marketing, preferably in B2B digital-first organizations.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo or similar MAP tools.

• Strong knowledge of marketing automation, campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, segmentation, and nurturing.

• Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Experience with dashboards, analytics, funnel metrics, and campaign performance.

• Exposure to ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus is an advantage.

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
