• At least 1–2 years of experience in US or UK banking and telephony.

• Experience in banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or similar financial services processes.

• Educational qualification: Old curriculum high school graduate, senior high school graduate, at least 2nd-year college completed, or college graduate.

• Strong problem-solving and assertive communication skills.

• Good understanding of customer service and experience handling international customers.

• Willingness to work 100% on-site in Eton, Quezon City.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary increase of up to 20% over the last drawn salary, depending on experience.

• Additional allowance of PHP 2,400.

• Joining bonus of PHP 40,000, subject to applicable eligibility terms.
