About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Process Excellence Lead to drive transformative improvements within our Healthcare account. You will be responsible for leading process optimization initiatives, managing transitions, and guiding a team of specialists. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker passionate about applying methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and automation to enhance operational quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end process improvement and transformation projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma, automation, and analytics.


• Establish and maintain operational controls through proactive monitoring, risk identification, and mitigation.


• Manage new transitions effectively, focusing on metric definition, SLA standardization, and issue tracking.


• Drive ideation and manage a portfolio of small to large-scale projects.


• Mentor, guide, and lead a team of Black Belts.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Certification: Must be Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/MBB certification is highly preferred.


• Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on experience in process excellence, continuous improvement, or quality management.


• Methodology Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies.


• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and Minitab. Knowledge of process automation identification and program management.


• Core Skills: Proven experience in transition management, metric design, and quality control.
