ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Telecommunications Account at ResultsCX Cebu! Get up to PHP 25,000 package depending on your BPO experience. Virtual interview available.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle telco customer inquiries via voice

- Provide troubleshooting and account support

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

- Achieve KPIs and quality targets

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate

- Minimum 6 months BPO voice experience required

- Strong communication skills in English

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Can work shifting schedule and start ASAP
