We're looking for experienced PHRNs and USRNs to join our Clinical Disability Claims team in a permanent work-from-home role.

Work Setup

• Work From Home (Nationwide)

• Shifting Schedule

• Target Start Date: July 20

Qualifications

• Active PHRN or USRN license

• At least 3 years of hospital bedside experience, preferably in intensive care

• Minimum of 2 years of Clinical Disability Claims experience, preferably handling Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) claims

• Experience in private or commercial insurance is required

• Experience conducting Clinical Case Reviews

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Preferred Background
Candidates with relevant experience from organizations such as Genpact, Optum, VXI, Accenture, or similar healthcare and insurance companies are encouraged to apply.
