Job Description – Pharmacovigilance Specialist

We are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to support safety case processing and pharmacovigilance activities. The role involves handling and processing safety cases using pharmacovigilance safety databases such as Veeva Safety and Argus. Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant safety case processing experience, along with good communication skills. Pharmacy graduates with or without an active license are eligible, and Nursing graduates may also be considered.

The position requires full onsite attendance during the training period, followed by a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days onsite per week upon moving to production in Taguig. The maximum package offered is PHP 37,000, with the expected start date of November 3.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage pharmacovigilance safety cases.

• Perform safety case processing using databases such as Veeva Safety and Argus.

• Ensure accurate handling of safety information and case-related activities.

• Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.

• Follow required pharmacovigilance processes and quality standards.

• Successfully complete the required assessment and validation process.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate of Pharmacy; active license is not mandatory.

• Nursing graduates may also be considered.

• 1–2 years of safety case processing experience in Pharmacovigilance.

• Experience with Veeva Safety Database and/or Argus.

• Good communication skills.

• Willingness to work fully onsite during training.

• Willingness to work hybrid (3x onsite per week) after production in Taguig.
