‎As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

‎Roles & Responsibilities:

‎Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

‎Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

‎Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

‎Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

‎Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.

‎Develop and maintain documentation related to application configurations and processes.

‎Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application capabilities.

‎Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate effective use of applications.

‎Professional & Technical Skills:

‎

‎Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

‎Strong understanding of application integration methodologies and best practices.

‎Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.

‎Familiarity with APIs and web services for application connectivity.

‎Knowledge of low-code development platforms and their application in business solutions.

‎Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.

‎Additional Information:

‎The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

‎This position is based at our Manila office.
