Role Summary:

• Support contract management teams across projects, accounts, and geographies.

• Collaborate with account leadership, client commercial teams, and business stakeholders to understand client needs, priorities, and objectives.

• Support identification, escalation, and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues.

• Work with contract management and project leadership teams to achieve effective commercial outcomes.

• Support pre-award sales activities, including contract drafting and discussions on deal shaping and contractual outcomes.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client counterparts and stakeholders.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• Membership in World Commerce and Contracting or NCMA is a plus.

• Professional contract management certification is an added advantage.

Skills & Work Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Contract Manager.

• Experience conducting and supervising compliance, employment, and governmental investigations.

• Strong experience in drafting confidential investigation reports and advising senior leadership on risks.

• In-depth knowledge of ethical, conduct, and compliance-related risks, employee rights and obligations, and applicable laws.

• Extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.

• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with client executives at all organizational levels.

• Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations, principles, subcontracting practices, and contractual terms and conditions.

• Strong contract management, risk identification, investigation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
