About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Assistant Manager to lead and drive sales performance for a Travel Program based in MOA.

The role focuses on managing sales operations across inbound and outbound channels, developing high-performing teams, improving conversion strategies, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and energetic sales leader with strong BPO experience, excellent coaching skills, and the ability to build strategies, identify performance gaps, and implement effective course corrections.

Experience in Travel & Hospitality, particularly cruise lines or hotels, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day sales activities within the assigned team.

• Lead inbound and outbound telesales operations focused on customer acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling.

• Drive sales performance through effective objection handling, conversion strategies, and targeted sales initiatives.

• Manage calls to existing customers, prior customers, and potential new customers from provided leads.

• Coach and develop sales leaders and individual contributors to improve performance and achieve targets.

• Monitor key performance metrics and create action plans to address performance gaps.

• Provide guidance and professional expertise to less experienced team members and leaders.

• Develop and implement short-term strategies and initiatives to improve sales results.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and overall team performance.

• Manage operational decisions within the assigned scope and ensure proper execution of business requirements.

• Partner with stakeholders and present performance updates, strategies, and improvement plans.

• Take ownership of team deliverables and ensure consistent achievement of sales and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of BPO Sales experience.

• At least 2–3 years of leadership/people management experience, preferably managing Team Leaders, Senior Team Leaders, or Assistant Managers.

• Strong background in Outbound and Inbound Sales.

• Proven experience in objection handling, sales conversion, coaching, and sales strategy.

• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and develop high-performing teams.

• Strong understanding of performance metrics, coaching methodologies, and action planning.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Must be energetic, engaging, and confident during the interview.

• Dynamic, proactive, and capable of developing strategies and implementing effective course corrections.

• Travel & Hospitality experience is highly preferred, particularly experience with cruise lines or hotels.

• Can start immediately or ASAP.

• Willing to work onsite at MOA on a graveyard shift.
