We're looking for experienced Operations Supervisors to lead high-performing customer service teams in a Travel & Hospitality account. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for coaching teams, and experience driving operational excellence in a BPO environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives to achieve performance targets.

• Monitor team and individual performance, providing regular coaching and constructive feedback.

• Drive quality assurance initiatives and implement continuous improvement plans.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and operational processes.

• Foster a positive, engaging, and high-performing team culture.

• Identify and resolve operational challenges, escalating issues when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with client requirements, internal policies, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Supervisor in a BPO/contact center environment.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience using contact center systems, reporting tools, and performance metrics.

• Knowledge of quality assurance and compliance processes in a contact center environment.

• Willing to work onsite in MOA on a shifting schedule.

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
