About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Assistant Manager to lead multiple outbound sales teams for a Travel & Cruise account based in MOA, Pasay City. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, coaching Team Leaders, and ensuring achievement of KPIs and quality standards in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Team Leaders and their respective outbound sales teams
• 
  
• Drive performance through regular coaching, calibration sessions and structured development plans
• 
  
• Partner with management to implement sales campaigns and outbound strategies
• 
  
• Monitor daily operations including attendance, schedule adherence and workforce utilization
• 
  
• Review and analyze daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
• 
  
• Act as primary escalation point for complex customer and operational issues
• 
  
• Foster a high-performance, positive team culture through recognition and engagement
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
• 
  
• Minimum 4-6 years BPO experience with at least 2-3 years managing Team Leaders or Supervisors
• 
  
• Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing or revenue-driven BPO environment
• 
  
• Exposure to Travel & Hospitality or similar industry is an advantage
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• 
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• 
  
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics and call monitoring tools
• 
  
• Willing to work graveyard shift aligned with US business hours
