ACCOUNT 1: PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR (PCC ACCOUNT)

Qualifications:

• At least 0–6 months Voice International experience

• SHS Graduate or HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) 

Open to:

Graduates or current students of any medical allied course, as well as individuals currently working or with experience in the medical field (any relevant medical experience is welcome).

ACCOUNT 2: MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST (RCM ACCOUNT)

Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱33,000 (depending on work experience)

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in medical billing, healthcare RCM, or customer support

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex billing concepts in a simple way

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

• Age limit: up to 50 years old
