Position: Customer Service Specialist - Fraud, Customer Service

Salary: Php 22,000 starting and can go up to Php 35,000 depending on candidate's profile

Job Overview:

You will provide outstanding service to our customers, resolve queries in a timely manner, and grow your skills in customer interaction and problem-solving. You will handle customer transactions including fraud investigation, collections, payments, loans, and more.

Qualifications:

- Computer experience required, utilizing multiple computer applications in a Windows-based environment

- Education: At least 2 years in college OR Completed K-12 Curriculum OR High school graduate with 1 year customer-interfacing work experience OR Completed 2-year vocational/certificate course with 1 year customer-interfacing work experience

- At least 1 year of experience in fraud cases and financial accounts or related fields

Work Schedule:

- Willing to work evenings, weekends, night shifts, or US-friendly shifts
