We are seeking an experienced Lead Microsoft 365 Architect & Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions that support digital knowledge management, collaboration, and governance. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, Microsoft 365 integrations, taxonomy management, and enterprise search.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SharePoint Online site templates, page templates, and custom SPFx web parts.

• Architect and implement Microsoft 365 integration solutions for enterprise collaboration and knowledge management.

• Integrate SharePoint Online with PoolParty Taxonomy Management for metadata tagging and semantic search.

• Configure AvePoint Cloud Governance for automated site provisioning, governance, and compliance.

• Develop workflows, automation, and backend services using Microsoft 365 technologies.

• Build and integrate APIs using Microsoft Graph API and other enterprise services.

• Configure enterprise search, metadata management, and taxonomy-driven content discovery.

• Perform functional testing, support UAT, and resolve technical issues.

• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

• Collaborate with business, IT, and project stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure Microsoft 365 solutions.

Work Schedule

• Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Work Set-up: Hybrid (3 days onsite) – Ortigas, Pasig

• Start Date: ASAP

Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of Microsoft ecosystem development experience.

• At least 3 years of SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365 backend integration experience.

• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Graph API, and PowerShell/PnP PowerShell.

• Experience with PoolParty Taxonomy Management, SharePoint Term Store, and metadata management.

• Experience configuring AvePoint Cloud Governance or similar Microsoft 365 governance platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Search, enterprise search, API integration, automation, and secure Microsoft 365 architecture.

• Experience designing complex system integrations and enterprise APIs.

• Microsoft 365 certifications are an advantage.

• Experience in financial services or international organizations is a plus.
