Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, HS Graduate, SHS, Graduate and College Undergraduate in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• With or without BPO Experience
