What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for professionals with Retail Banking + Voice Customer Service experience who enjoy building strong client relationships and providing excellent financial service.

Ideal background includes:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Investment
• Voice Customer Service / CSR experience
• Retail Banking or Wealth platform experience
• Client relationship management and problem resolution
• Experience with banking products and transactions
• Strong communication skills (B2 voice proficiency or higher)
• Customer-focused and consultative approach

Relevant titles include: Relationship Manager/Officer, Personal Banker, Relationship Associate, Business Relationship Officer, Branch Sales Officer, New Accounts Officer, Sales & Service Officer, or Client Relationship Officer.

Note: Experience matters more than job title. Candidates with strong retail banking + client service exposure are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Wealth clients with service requests and problem resolution
• Handle banking transactions and client inquiries through voice and digital channels
• Build strong relationships with clients, advisors, and internal teams
• Provide accurate and timely solutions while following banking and regulatory guidelines
• Document client interactions and resolutions
• Meet quality, productivity, and service-level targets
