About the Role

We are looking for a Multilingual Service Desk Analyst (Dutch & French) to join our growing End User Services team. This role is ideal for professionals who are fluent in Dutch, French, and English, have strong customer service skills, and possess technical support or IT Service Desk experience.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide first-level technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve user inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service to global users through phone, email, and ticketing systems.

Candidates with at least 2 years of technical support experience are encouraged to apply. Previous Service Desk experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

IT Service Desk & Technical Support

• Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, application, and account-related issues.

• Log, track, update, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues following established procedures.

• Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer support.

Customer Service & Incident Management

• Communicate effectively with Dutch-, French-, and English-speaking users.

• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and customer interactions.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.

• Stay updated on company products, systems, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.

• Support Service Desk Specialists with service requests and non-complex work orders.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

Experience

• At least 2 years of Technical Support, IT Help Desk, or Service Desk experience.

• Previous Service Desk experience is an advantage but not required.

• Experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft applications, or enterprise IT systems is a plus.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken, written, and reading).

• Fluent in French (spoken, written, and reading).

• Good working proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification is an advantage.

• Experience in a multinational or BPO environment.
