Position: Multilingual Customer Support Specialist – Thai

Location: Quezon City, Philippines (Open to candidates willing to relocate)
Salary: ₱60,946 per month

Job Qualifications

• Fluent in Thai with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to communicate confidently and professionally in a business environment.

• Capable of understanding complex conversations, including implied meanings and context.

• Working knowledge of English is required, as training and client systems are conducted in English.

• Thai will be the primary language used for customer interactions.

• Previous experience in Collections is highly preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is an advantage but not mandatory.
