Position: Vietnamese Multilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: Quezon City – ONSITE

Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift

Salary: ₱39,112.60 – ₱80,159.33 (Negotiable)

SIGN-ON BONUS: ₱20,000 + Incentives!

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Availability: ASAP

QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent in Vietnamese and English

With or without BPO experience

Able to communicate fluently and spontaneously in Vietnamese

Good working knowledge of English

Previous collections experience is an advantage but not required

Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) is an advantage

Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines

Temporary Resident Visa accepted for non-Filipino applicants

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email

• Provide professional customer support in Vietnamese and English

• Assist with billing, accounts, service requests, and product concerns

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

• Accurately document customer interactions

• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
